Can I cancel or amended my order (non custom-made)?

Can I cancel or amend my custom-made order?

For custom made items, no amendments can be made after deposit paid, or extra cost will be applied according to different amendments.

When should I make the payment?

All items must be fully paid at least 1 day before delivery.

Can I choose different colours or pattern for my item(s)?

Apart from the colours shown in this website, customers can choose any colours or pattern they like from Toppal’s and Windeco’s laminate catalog as custom made furniture. Feel free to send us your enquiry: hello@oneattitude.com

Production Lead Time

When can I expect my order(s) to be delivered?

We understand that our customers are excited and would like to receive their furniture pieces as soon as possible, however all our furniture has to be produced at the factory, so when it’s unpacked you will see a brand-new and “fresh” furniture being placed at your home or offices!

We have listed the estimated production and delivery time on each product page, and we will try all we can to control the lead time as listed, however accidents may still occur and if that happens we will inform you as soon as possible. You can also check the status with us by providing us your order number.

Delivery & Installation

Can I change my delivery date?

Delivery date cannot be changed once we have confirmed with you, we will contact you 2-3 days prior to arrange delivery. Extra costs will be charged if you request to re-arrange delivery date or place.

Which areas do you deliver?

We deliver our furniture to most of the areas in Hong Kong with carpark at the site, including upper floors that can be accessed by elevators.  Delivery fees varies according to the size of the furniture:

Longest side of the furniture

Home decors: HKD 30

Less than 1000mm: HKD 300
1000mm - less than 1500mm: HKD 50

1500mm - less than 2000mm: HKD 70

2000mm - less than 2500mm: HKD 90

Do you deliver order(s) upstairs?

We hope to have your understanding that it is a hard job to carry the whole piece of furniture walking up the stairs. And therefore there will be an extra cost for stairs:

Longest side of the furniture

Less than 1000mm: HKD 150 / floor (or 20 steps)

1000mm – less than 1500mm: HKD 200 / floor (or 20 steps)

1500mm – less than 2000mm: By elevators only 

2000mm – less than 2500mm: By elevators only

Do you deliver order(s) to Islands?

We can only deliver the orders to Central Ferry Piers. Customers will have to arrange pick up at the piers.

Do you deliver order(s) to remote areas?

We try to delivery all orders to every accessible spots including remote areas with little extra cost, but there are still some areas we cannot reach:


Tung Chung, Park Island, Airport: Extra HKD 500

Other Lantau island area: Pick up at Tung Chung city centre

Areas cannot be reached by vehicles: Pick up at nearest carparks

Is there a long distance walking charge?

If there is no carpark at the site, or if our vehicle can not park and unload in the front of the building, an extra cost of HKD 150 will be charged for delivery.

Do you install the furniture(s) on delivery?

Since we have included installation for every orders, please make sure there are plenty of space to place the furniture and installation during delivery. Otherwise we will just leave the furniture somewhere empty but safe in the site with the furniture unpacked and uninstalled as for protection.

Customers will have to handle the installation themselves and in this case, we are sorry to say that we will not accept any returns or exchanges if there are any problems found on the furniture.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or get a refund for my order?

All sold items are non-refundable. Please check the items within 3 days after they are delivered. If we do not hear from you 3 days after delivery, no exchange or return can be arranged afterwards.

If there are any issues relating to the product quality, please do notify us by WhatsApp:(+852) 9430 0839 within 3 working days after delivery is made with relevant photos. We will contact you to follow up within 2 working days.
