Terms and Conditions
1) Unless otherwise agreed, the quotation submitted by One ttitude is valid within 30 days from the date of submission.
2) Once all products are ordered or paid for, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or returned
3) It is the customer's responsibility to check that the items listed are correct. One Attitude will not accept refunds or returns if the product arrives the same as listed.
4) The pictures are for reference only, returns or refunds are not accepted if the actual color and variation are the same as listed in the description.
5) The shipping time for furniture is 4-5 weeks. We will contact the customer after the goods arrive at the port, and communicate with the customer on the date of delivery and installation after receiving all the payment.
6) Customized and spot products must be delivered within 14 days of arrival. If the customer needs to temporarily store in our warehouse, 5% of the face price of the order will be charged as a storage fee per day.
7) If the customer needs to arrange delivery during storage, please notify us no less than 3 working days in advance to arrange transportation and installation services.
8) If the customer needs to change the delivery or installation date, please notify us no less than 3 working days in advance. If there is no response the day before the delivery date or the delivery order is rescheduled because no one is at home to receive the order on the day of delivery, the next delivery 20% of the goods price will be charged as freight.
9) Delivery dates are estimates only. We accept no liability for any damages the customer may suffer as a result of delays or non-deliveries.
10) The furniture is handmade, and it is typical for the finished size to have an error of about 2-3mm.
11) Please confirm whether the product is in good condition after receiving the goods. The hardware accessories are metal surfaces, and a small amount of flaws is normal.
12) If you find the product seriously damaged or scratched after receiving the goods, please WhatsApp 9430 0839 with photos within 3 days of receiving the goods, and we will arrange to deal with them as soon as possible.
13) In addition to the situations described above, returns or exchanges cannot be arranged in the following situations:

** Product damaged due to human factors
