Shipping Address & Delivery Partner
We will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the shipping address, recipient name, and contact number are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for loss, delay, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If the customer requests delivery using a logistics provider arranged by the customer (i.e., a third-party logistics provider other than our designated delivery team/partner), all delivery arrangements, timelines, handling, and risks (including but not limited to delay, loss, damage, or missing parts) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Free Delivery Eligibility (HK$10,000 or Above) & Site Access Requirements
Free delivery is available for orders of HK$10,000 or above (calculated on the net amount after discounts and excluding display/promotional items), and applies only to general urban areas with delivery access by elevator.
To help ensure a smooth delivery, the customer is responsible for confirming that the product(s) can be transported through all access points, including (without limitation) building entrance, lift lobby, elevators, corridors, doorways, the flat entrance, and into the intended room.
If the product(s) cannot be brought in due to access limitations (e.g., elevator size, corridor width, doorway clearance, or site restrictions), we will not be able to force entry, dismantle building fixtures, or provide on-the-spot alterations. In such cases, we may need to leave the product(s) at a safe and reasonable location (e.g., building lobby/management-designated area or other accessible area), subject to site conditions and building rules.
If you are unsure about access/clearance, we can offer an on-site measuring visit at HK$1,000 per visit. This fee can be deducted from the invoice if an order is placed; however, it is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or not proceeded.
Free delivery does not include any additional charges such as stair-carry fees, special tolls, parking fees, collection/handling fees (if any), or pushing fee where the off-loading area is far from the elevators / delivery access point. Delivery charges may vary depending on site conditions. Please confirm the final delivery arrangement and any applicable fees with our staff before placing your order.

Remote / Restricted Areas
For remote or restricted areas, including but not limited to Lantau Island, Tung Chung, outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, etc., additional delivery fees may apply. Such fees will be quoted by our third-party logistics partner.
Remote/restricted areas also include locations with delivery constraints such as sites that do not permit access by 5.5-ton trucks, or where access requires special arrangements. Please contact our staff in advance for an estimate.

Weather / Traffic & Force Majeure
Delivery may be suspended or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above), severe flooding, road closure, unsafe site conditions, traffic jam, or other events that may affect safety and delivery feasibility. Where delivery is suspended for these reasons, we will reschedule the delivery appointment at no additional charge.

Inspection Upon Delivery & Reporting Issues
Please inspect the products carefully upon delivery. If you notice any missing parts, damage, or other issues, please inform our on-site staff immediately, or contact us via WhatsApp/phone within 24 hours of delivery so we may arrange follow-up handling.
For notifications received after 24 hours, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine whether follow-up or remedial action can be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Display / Sales Items (Final Sale) & Delivery Timeline
Display and sales items are sold “as-is” in the condition they are in at the time of order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, no exchange or refund will be arranged.
For display/sales items, delivery must be arranged within 14 working days from order confirmation. If delivery is not arranged/accepted within this period, a storage fee of HK$200 per week may apply, subject to warehouse availability and actual arrangements. We will contact you in advance before any storage fee is applied.

Claims & Supporting Documents
If you wish to make a claim regarding delivered products, please provide the order invoice/receipt and clear photos/videos showing the issue. Our team may request additional information to facilitate assessment and follow-up.

Order Confirmation & No Cancellation / No Exchange
Please ensure all furniture specifications are carefully verified at the time of order confirmation, including (without limitation) dimensions, colour/finish, appearance, number of shelves and drawers, door opening direction, as well as delivery access routes and elevator dimensions.
Once an order has been placed/confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds for Discontinued Items
Full refunds will only be issued if the ordered item has been discontinued and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or alternative arrangement.

Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of order shall apply unless otherwise stated.

Disputes / Final Decision
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to the final decision.

Storage Fee (Overdue Delivery / Uncollected Orders)
If the order has arrived at our warehouse and delivery cannot be arranged/accepted for more than 2 weeks, we may charge a storage fee starting from HK$200 per week, subject to actual warehouse arrangements. We will notify you before any storage fee is applied.
We genuinely understand every home has different site conditions and building rules. Our team will always do our best to coordinate delivery arrangements, communicate clearly, and make the process as smooth as possible. We kindly ask for your understanding that certain access limitations, building restrictions, and logistics constraints may require additional time or charges, and we’ll always confirm with you as early as we can.
